Al-Braze 1070 Aluminum Brazing Kit

• 1070 Wire
• 0.15% max Manganese, 0.11-13% Silicon, 0.20% max Zinc,
  0.80% max Iron, 0.30% max Copper, Balance% Aluminum
• 1070 Flux
• 25-45% Sodium Chloride, 30-50% Potassium Chloride,
  10-15% Lithium Chloride, 10-15% Zinc Chloride, 4-10% Lithium Fluoride
• Superior brazing alloy for joining aluminum to aluminum
• Excellent capillary attraction, free-flowing ductility,
  penetration and corrosion resistance
• Not recommended for brazing aluminum directly to
  non-aluminum alloys as joint may become brittle
• Kit contains:
• 1/16“ Solid aluminum wire
• .33 oz Al-Braze white powdered flux
• Tensile strength 1070 Wire: Up to 35,000 psi
• Melting Range 1070 Wire: 1070 to 1080°F (577 to 582°C)
• Working Range 1070 Flux:  915 to 1115°F (491 to 602°C)
• 1070 Wire – ANSI/AWS A5.8 BAlSi-4; Q QB-655, BAISi-4
• 1070 Flux – ANSI/ AWS A5.31 FB1A; AMS 3412
